Currently we only offer 16 oz jars; however we our interested in possibly making larger jars in the near future!
Our pasta sauce contains Tomatoes, Garlic, Onion, Parmesan cheese, Sugar, and a blend of Italian seasonings! We start with boiling everything together and after awhile it is blending to make a smooth texture, then canned to seal the lid. Since the lid is sealed to the jar it makes it the shelf life last a year, but it is suggested to use withing 3-6 months for best tastes. Once opened, it should be refrigerated if all the sauce was not used within 24 hours.
